1. Our Commitment to Copyright

If you believe that material hosted, listed, or linked on AllPros infringes your copyright, we are ready to respond promptly.

2. Submitting a Takedown Request (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner (or legally authorized to act on behalf of one), you may submit a written takedown request to remove infringing content.

Please include the following in your request:

3. Our Response Procedure

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the request promptly

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 48 hours

  • Notify the user/uploader, if applicable

If the uploader believes the takedown was made in error, they may submit a counter-notice as permitted by law.

4. Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your email must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information

  2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification

  4. Your consent to jurisdiction in the relevant U.S. federal district court

  5. Your signature (physical or electronic)

5. Repeat Infringers

AllPros reserves the right to suspend or remove access to users or creators who are subject to multiple valid copyright complaints, in accordance with DMCA guidelines.

6. Platform Role & Safe Harbor Protection

AllPros functions as an online service provider.
We do not host most content directly, but instead:

  • Link to third-party platforms

  • Embed public-facing educational materials

  • Feature courses uploaded by external creators who certify legal ownership

We do not independently verify copyright status but rely on good-faith compliance and swift response to complaints.

We are here to cooperate and resolve any concerns regarding copyright.
