Albeit not cheap all told the sparkling profound experience formed a resonant bookmark in my autobiography. Beyond the demanding methodology imparted with passion by Dr Joe emphatically embodying abundance the exciting Bacchanalian atmosphere was irresistible. Not typically a vast posh resort fan I became pleasantly lulled by our Cancun location. With diverse picturesque buildings and surprising enticing pools at each turn the Barcelo resort won me over. There were immense food buffets and restaurants in numerous diverse styles which made each day exciting. I relished meal time conversing with people from at many different countries throughout the week. In the fresh evening breeze my room's balcony overlooking the grounds provided a serene wind down space. On day one I grasped that the Dispenza training would be full-on calling for participants to demonstrate assiduous commitment to high levels of daily growth. Indeed I realized one needed to mentally prepare in advance for the intensity of the focus and time management required for the course. Moreover to be able to stay on point with the rigorous daily schedule having an already well-inculcated early sleep wake-up routine was a must. Though generous breaks with overflowing tables of hors d'oeuvres sustaining light bites and coffee were strategically scheduled the approaches to meditation and daily dispatches on new body to brain research were conveyed at a brisk pace. Otherwise between and after the discourse as well as during the mediation ramping up our already high-frequency states the superlative curated music texture-scapes sent my emotions off the rails. With gushing fresh melodic riffs the soaring novel soundscapes hatched in us invigorating somatic states of new inner knowing and power. Lastly let me not forget to send kudos to customer care rep Erik Barone. From the getgo he tenaciously helped me navigate solutions regarding tickets. Kind and patient he was most gracious in willing to help with my issues.

What I liked 1. Food was included for the most part except dinner and it was super yummy! 2. Dr Joe is funny down to earth and really wants to help people make a change. 3. Great staff great atmosphere. 4. Long days great program. 5. The retreat has had a lasting positive impact in my life up until this day.

It's been 18 days now and still have not received them. I've filled out the forms with Encephalon several times inquiring about my order. All I'm getting is AI responses sending me in a loop with no answers as to the order whereabouts. So disappointed.

I was hoping to help my anxiety and depression. I had high hopes and was willing to put the hard work in. The result is no trial period or tester session. To my shock there is a lot of shouting during the meditations which made it impossible for me to relax. I couldn't get into it and only listened to first few lessons as I felt disturbed and disappointed that I couldn't do it. When I contacted the customer services they had no sympathy hard luck you bought it deal with it! The advice is to do meditations daily even multiple times and expect results no sooner than year later. I would end up in institution if I did that. Considering the nature of the teachings this put me off Dr Joe for life.

This company is a scam and essentially a cult. Avoid it and don't drink the Koolaid! I went to a week long retreat this year and it was a horrible experience. I was worse mentally and physically at the end. I shouldn't have spent the $2500 US but it was recommended by a family member. There were numerous problems that week including with some of the staff. I've been trying to get a refund rebate for weeks but can't talk to anyone. The event staff don't care how satisfied the attendees are and Dispenza doesn't provide value for the money people spend. You have to pay for everything. Online courses and meditations that were given as part of the retreat disappear after 30 days! You have to pay to get them back. He's a phony but recognized a very lucrative market and sells hope at a high price to desperate unhealthy people! I'm just happy I'm not like that.

And to listen to him say every few minutes are you with me do you get it and to badger the audience repeatedly with this inane question is insulting to one's intelligence. It seems to be HIS addiction. It's also disingenuous to provide old information for such a high cost. His knowledge comes from Qi Gong quantum physics and a host of other things that are readily available to anyone with curiosity to learn.

When some comments below say It's nothing new I smile because it's not about NEW it's about a structure of information that allows people to understand the laws of energy and to create our desirable reality and future. I personally received so many deep and beautiful insights. I understood AT LAST how to master my reality. I received tools on how to do it in practice. So if you are into getting on the new Life Level go for it! It is so much worth it.

Synchronizing Your Energy to Health Synchronizing Your Energy to Love and Synchronizing Your Energy to Abundance. I purchased all three only to find they are the EXACT SAME meditation. Nothing is different. I listened to the samples but they are a fraction of the actual length of the meditation and the samples are different enough (taken fro different spots in the meditation recording I presume). I emailed encephalon to ask what I was missing. They ignored me. I asked again they ignored me again. I asked a third time and am still being ignored. Here's the thing - there are plenty of other places to get meditations you don't have to support encephalon. It's not the only place. So before you support a truly garbage bag company just do a little digging. Actually contact me and I'll give you what I already purchased for free. I'd be happy if no one ever purchased anything from them again.

I have done a lot of personal development and this has raised the bar. Joe himself is funny humble and an absolute nerd about the science underpinning the meditations. They run a tight ship and hold high standards for participation true and it’s part of the reason they have such a following. I’ve had an incredible experience at the week-long retreat and would highly recommend to someone who is willing and able to do the work and not stuck in victim land blaming everything and everyone else for their challenges. Clearly that’s who have written some of the reviews here. If you’re open curious and willing you’ll get tremendous life-changing and life-affirming value.

Pay 30.000 dollar for a 3 day seminar with meditations. Joe said it was a beautiful location but once we was there it was one big garbage island!Never go to Joe dispenza!!!! Change yourself and never pay such a amount of money for a idiot as Joe Dispenza he will not make your life better and it is all ONE BIG SCAM!
