My team and I have just started using Relay. So far we have very few workflows automated but seeing how easy it is to use and the many implementations it has we will definitely add more automations. Customer service is also great and eager to learn from how we use the tool.

Congrats @jebank on the launch. I have enjoyed using relay.app for the past few months, and working with the incredible team. As a startup founder, I love that I can use Relay as soon as I have the beginnings of a process that is repetitive, even if it's not fully formed. The human-in-the-loop functionality means I can build playbooks as I go, giving me the flexibility I need for constant improvement, and the ability to automate early. I also really appreciate the response time to bugs and feature requests, and I cant wait to integrate relay.app into more parts of my company workflows.

Easiest to start and set-up, excellent support and wide range of tutorials on the youtube page for inspiration. The integrations list is growing and this makes it valuable for an enterprise setting too.

The price point! oh, and the team has worked with any challenges I brought to it as I have been moving my whole tech stack over... automation are happening! Their response time has been INCREDIBLE! This team will earn your business! You can't go wrong with this product!

We use Relay.app to automate all our ops (emails reminders, sms reminders). It has been great and thanks to the new table features, we reduced the amount of (vibe-coded) javascript that we had in these workflow.

The new interface where I can create (and run) a complete workflow of Multi Agents by a chat interface. I created a "law office" workflow and the output from the new workflow was better than what my lawyer's office created themselves. ONE SHOT!

This is the first workflow automation tool I have tried to use in a few years, and I will never leave it. If you are not a terribly technical person but generally understand how automation and AI works, you'll have your first workflow and full-blown agent up in no time with Relay.app! The embedded AI agent that literally builds other agents for you (or just helps) is absolutely genius. And the UI is super intuitive. Great product, Jacob!
