    Enjoyable Gym Program

I used alive for awhile and enjoyed it. The gym program is very well designed as far as not using two different pieces of equipment during super sets and that kind of thing, which I appreciated because it can get kind of busy at my gym sometimes in the morning.I used Alive because I had been using the Sweat app which I see recommended in this thread for many years and I just needed a break. I love Stephanie Sanzo and really enjoyed her build a program, but the sweat community can be really intense. Kayla Itsines basically made her fortune off of telling women that you need really high impact high intensity style exercise to lose weight, which is obviously not true but that idea still runs rampant in that community, and I just didn’t want to be around that anymore. But Stephanie and Kelsey‘s programs are really wonderful.

    Beginner Friendly & Effective

I love it! I had never done any weight lifting before and I feel like it eased me into it and I feel more confident now. I’ve seen a difference already in being toned and weight loss. I was fine with the cost but I got the Black Friday deal that was $90 for the year!

    Expensive But Some Enjoyment

I find it expensive ($19.99/month in 🇨🇦) for what you get. I mostly enjoyed it but there were things I wasn’t a fan of. I have since cancelled my subscription.

    Enjoyable But Considering Change

I have been using it and I personally enjoy it. I used the sweat app for 3 years and wanted a change so I have been using this for a year. I plan to switch back to sweat though for the variety.

    Better Than Some Options

There are def better options like Meg, torivfit, Kenzie Vance, but definitely a step above beach body, as Briannah says a lot of their stuff is hard for the sake of being hard.

    Credibility Backing

To be fair Whitney has said many times that she worked closely with a certified PT to review & fine tune these workout programs. I don’t think she is just making stuff up & throwing it out there for users like some other influencers do.

    Progress With Adaptation

I second this! I was able to make great progress in the gym until I hurt my shoulder. Then switched to home/circuit training to let my shoulder heal. Now I'm using it to get back to the gym.

    Loving Program Design

Love SBTD! I was a college athlete and the way she designs them is very similar with my previous programs in that way with attention to RPE and percentages!

    Stronger By The Day Appreciation

I like stronger by the day by megsquats! It also has home and gym options and is affordable. And is made with progress in mind from certified trainers.
