ExperienceJustin Waller graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2009 with a degree in Construction Management, where he also played D1 college football on a scholarship. After graduation, he worked at Cajun Industries and other construction firms for roughly two years before going independent. Notable clients include Costco, Amazon, and Rooms To Go. By his own account, the company surpassed 8 figures in annual revenue. He also became the youngest board member of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA). Alongside his construction career, Waller built a significant online presence through Instagram and YouTube, and was previously a contributor to Andrew Tate's "The Real World" platform before distancing himself. He later launched JWaller Studios as his independent content brand, and eventually The Construct Collective as his flagship business coaching program for trade contractors.
