ExperienceSimon Squibb's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 15 when, after being kicked out of home and left homeless following the death of his father, he started a gardening business simply to survive. That early experience of building something from nothing lit a fire that never went out. Over the following three decades, he went on to found 19 different companies, developing a deep expertise in creativity, branding, and business strategy. His most significant venture was Fluid, a creative agency he co-founded in Hong Kong that grew into one of the most respected in the region before he sold it to global professional services firm PwC for a life-changing sum in 2015. Following the sale, Simon became CEO of Nest, a prominent startup incubator helping early-stage founders build scalable businesses. In 2016, he co-founded Mettā, a members' club designed to connect entrepreneurs with ideas, capital, and community. From October 2020, he served as Chief Purpose Officer at The Purposeful Project, before pivoting that mission into HelpBnk — the world's first Help2Earn platform, which he launched in April 2023 with the goal of helping 10 million people start a business entirely for free. Alongside all of this, Simon has invested in over 80 startups, written a Sunday Times number one bestselling book titled What's Your Dream?, and in 2024 won the UAE's One Billion Award — a $1 million prize for content creators making a positive global impact, which he donated to further his mission.
