    Injuries and Risk Warning

    Regarding your point about experiencing new pains/injuries on this program.I've completed Build and Cut from Natacha and sustained injuries on both due to lack of directions and the risk involved. The videos are helpful, sure, but some of the movements are just inherently quite risky. I can't remember what it's called, but there is one movement where you pull yourself across the floor in a pushup plank position with your feet on sliders. Yeah, definitely jacked up both wrists on that one, and I've been consistently lifting for 6-7 years.Not saying I'm totally blameless for my injuries, but I would definitely offer a word of caution to people buying her programs. I still completed them both, but was very quick to make substitutions if anything felt even a little bit dangerous.

    Preference with Critique

    I have done about 3 month's worth of Sydney's free workouts and 2 month's of Natasha's Cut 2022 (before I got pregnant and working out was no longer doable). Personally, I preferred Natasha's workouts, though I do have the same critique as OP (length - but I would just cut out the last couple exercises, and repetitive movements). You could find something similar to Natasha's program for free I'm sure. I liked keeping track in an app and the type of exercises were much more my jam versus Sydneys ("do reps until the time is up", more HIIT than I like, etc). Sydney gives great cues on form which you do not get with Natasha.

    Disappointed Experience

    Thank you for this great write up! I’m glad you had a good experience overall. Since this post I decided to not to support Natacha anymore, quite an eye opener.

    Feeling Strong but Knee Issues

    I’m halfway through CUT. Really great to read your review. I’m definitely feeling stronger but my knees are also suffering (had problems for years tho) and I also find the workouts to be longer than 60 minutes.
