Methodology
How AllPros Works.
Nothing hidden.
Every score, every badge, every ranking on AllPros follows the same rules. Here's exactly how it works — and what we will never do.
The AllPros Score
A simple average. From real students. Nothing more.
The AllPros Score is the average of all verified student reviews for a program, rated on a scale of 1 to 5. No weighting. No algorithm adjustments. No boosting for paying creators.
If a program has 10 verified reviews with an average of 4.2 — the AllPros Score is 4.2. That's it. The score reflects exactly what verified students reported, nothing more and nothing less.
Programs with no verified reviews have no AllPros Score. A score must be earned from real students — it cannot be purchased, applied for, or granted.
How It's Calculated
Student submits a verified review with a rating (1–5)
Review is validated through proof of purchase
Rating is added to the program's review pool
AllPros Score = simple average of all verified ratings
Example AllPros Score
Average of 10 verified student reviews
Verified Reviewer
Every review comes from someone who actually paid.
The only reviews that count on AllPros are verified reviews — submitted by students who can prove they purchased the program. Here's how we verify every single one.
Student submits a review
Any student can submit a review for a program they've taken. They provide their email address and written feedback.
Proof of purchase requested
AllPros sends a verification request to the student's email, asking them to submit their purchase receipt for the program.
Review is published
Once the receipt is verified, the review is published and counts toward the program's AllPros Score. No receipt — no review.
Why this matters: Any platform can collect reviews. Only AllPros requires proof of purchase before a review is published. This eliminates fake reviews, competitor attacks, and creator-submitted testimonials in a single step.
Verified Creator
Verification is earned. Not purchased.
A Verified Creator badge on AllPros means one thing: real students have reviewed this creator's program, and those reviews have been independently verified. There is no other path to verification.
The Requirement
Verified Reviews
Minimum to earn Verified Creator status
A creator must accumulate at least 5 verified student reviews — each confirmed through proof of purchase — before receiving Verified Creator status and an AllPros Score.
What Verified Creators Get
- An AllPros Score — calculated from verified student reviews
- A Verified Creator badge displayed on their program page
- A credibility signal they can use on their website, funnels, and social platforms
- Visibility to students actively comparing programs on AllPros
What We Don't Do
No paid rankings. No exceptions.
Trust only works if it's unconditional. Here's what AllPros will never do — regardless of who asks or how much they offer.
Paid rankings
No creator can pay to rank higher on AllPros. Rankings are determined exclusively by verified student reviews.
Boosted scores
No creator can pay to improve their AllPros Score. The score reflects only verified student ratings — nothing else.
Removed reviews
Creators cannot pay to remove negative reviews. Every verified review stays published, regardless of its rating.
Creator-submitted testimonials
Creators cannot submit reviews on behalf of their students. Every review must come directly from the student.
Unverified reviews
No review is published without proof of purchase. Every review on AllPros is verified before it counts.
Sponsored placements
No program is featured, highlighted, or promoted in exchange for payment. Every placement is earned.
The Standard
If a course is verified by AllPros, it is a course students can trust. If it isn't, that tells you everything you need to know.
The AllPros Score is the e-learning industry's trust standard — built on verified student outcomes, maintained by rules that cannot be bought around, and designed to serve students and great creators equally.
