Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AllPros (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access and use of our services, including any purchases, browsing, or participation on www.allpros.io (the “Site”) and any other services provided by AllPros (collectively, the “Services”).

By using any part of our Services (even just browsing), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you may not use the Services.

• If you list a course or digital product for sale, you agree to our Mentor/Partner Terms.

• If you buy or consider buying any course, please review Section 5 carefully.

Accessing the Services and Accounts

You may be required to register or provide information to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete info.

If you’re registering on behalf of a business or brand, you guarantee you have the authority to accept these Terms.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Keep your login info private and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. Users aged 13–17 may only access the Services with direct supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Using Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services subject to the following restrictions:

A. No illegal use. Don’t use AllPros to break laws, violate regulations, or infringe on IP rights.
B. No scraping or hacking. Don’t use bots, scripts, or reverse engineering to access or tamper with our Services.
C. No harm to others. Don’t post or share offensive, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content, or interfere with others’ use of the platform.
D. Play fair. Don’t impersonate others, manipulate listings, or misuse feedback and reviews.

Purchasing Courses or Products

AllPros provides a marketplace for digital products created by independent course creators ("Mentors"). We do not develop or guarantee the content of these courses. Here’s what you need to know:

A. Refund Policy. All purchases on AllPros are final. No refunds will be granted unless explicitly stated on the product’s listing page.
B. Mentor Responsibility. Each Mentor is responsible for their own course content, delivery, and customer support. AllPros may step in to help resolve issues but is not obligated to provide ongoing support.
C. No Resale. Products purchased on AllPros are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or transferred.

Your Content

If you post or share content through the platform (reviews, messages, uploads), you are solely responsible for it. You confirm that you own or have permission to share it.

By posting content, you grant AllPros a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, distribute, modify, and promote that content across any medium.

You agree not to post offensive, illegal, misleading, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Our Content

All content on the platform—including our branding, visuals, code, copy, and features—is the property of AllPros or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without our permission.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Mentors are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property. If you believe content on AllPros violates your IP rights, please contact us at legal@allpros.io.
We will respond to valid takedown requests and may remove or disable content as needed.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Both AllPros and individual Mentors may process your data in accordance with relevant laws. See our full policy for details.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time via your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you violated the Terms or engaged in harmful or fraudulent behavior. Termination may result in the loss of access to your content or purchases.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We are not liable for:

• The performance or quality of courses created by Mentors

• User-generated content

• Third-party links or services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to AllPros in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in U.S. courts.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or on the platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
