1. Purpose of the Platform

AllPros is a curated educational marketplace and directory that organizes and links to publicly available and user-submitted learning resources across the internet. Our goal is to help users efficiently discover high-quality knowledge from educators, creators, and platforms worldwide.

2. Platform Role & Content Submission

AllPros is a content listing and curation service.
We do not claim ownership over any course or material submitted to the platform. All course content is either:

• Publicly available and indexed as such, or

• Submitted by third-party creators who confirm their right to distribute the material.

By submitting a course to AllPros, creators certify they are the rightful owners or license holders of the material and authorize AllPros to feature their content on the platform.

3. Course Ownership Disclaimer

AllPros does not own any of the course content listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All intellectual property (course names, content, images, brand assets, etc.) belongs to the respective course creators.

Any appearance of a course on AllPros does not imply endorsement or affiliation, unless clearly stated.

A clear disclaimer is also presented on each course page:

"This course is provided by an external creator. All rights belong to the original author. AllPros serves as a listing and approval-based marketplace, not the course owner."

4. Purchase Interface

AllPros may facilitate the discovery and access to courses via external or internal purchase links. However, for all third-party courses:

• The purchase button is labeled "View Course" or "Go to Course"

• Payment processing, delivery, and fulfillment are managed by the creator or their designated platform.

5. Upload & Sell – Creator Certification

Any creator uploading or listing content on AllPros must agree to the following:

✅ “I confirm that I am the legal owner or have the right to distribute this course, and I authorize AllPros to display and promote it on my behalf.”

All uploads require this acknowledgment via a required checkbox during the submission process.

6. Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of all creators.
If you believe your work has been listed on AllPros without proper authorization, please notify us at admin@allpros.io with:

• Your full legal name and contact details

• A description of the original copyrighted work

• The exact URL on AllPros

• A sworn statement (under penalty of perjury) of your ownership and good faith belief that use is unauthorized

We will remove or disable access within 48 hours of receiving a valid takedown request.

AllPros complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and operates under the Safe Harbor provisions as an online service provider.

7. Indexed Public Content Disclaimer

Some content on AllPros is aggregated from publicly available sources.
We act as an index for free, accessible resources unless stated otherwise.
