    Unclaimed Profile

This is a focused, technical course covering change of direction (COD) considerations, how to program cutting and pivoting movements for different types of athletes, across different phases of injury rehabilitation, and at different points in a competitive season. It's a narrow, specialized topic aimed at practitioners and coaches working directly with athletes recovering from injury or developing agility and performance qualities, rather than a general fitness or consumer-facing wellness product.
