Jim Ebbelaar is a Dutch entrepreneur and founder of ADHD Harmony, a community built for adults with ADHD. Diagnosed at 24, he later built Harmony AI and a six week coaching framework after years of burnout while running his digital agency, Seamless Agency. He teaches people to work with their ADHD brain instead of against it.
