Brandon Turner is an American real estate investor, author, podcaster, and entrepreneur who has spent nearly two decades building and teaching real estate investing strategies. Born on July 9, 1985 in Washington state, he graduated from Northwestern College in Iowa in 2006 with a degree in history. At 21, he bought his first property, a single family home he "house hacked" by renting out bedrooms, and later flipped a duplex for a $20,000 profit that helped fund his wedding. Those early wins pushed him toward single family rentals, small multifamily properties, and fix and flip projects across Washington state.
