It gave me a new relationship with my thoughts, my emotions, and myself. If it was the old me, I would have thought working while starting a trading course and a coaching course was impossible, but now I am really just doing what makes sense. My secret expectation when I got to TMM was that I was going to learn a way to shut down my emotions and ignore them completely, but now I recognize that what I needed was the exact opposite. This may be my last day here, but I feel good and content with what I did. See all in the graduates group.

I am glad I took the course, even though I initially expected a quick fix. I have struggled to feel the required sensations for release, but looking back at the missions, I see that I often focused on the outcome rather than the sensations evoked, which I overlooked each time. Overall, any changes that have occurred seem subtle to me, but I am leaving with a glimmer of hope and a determination to continue.

My biggest takeaway from this eight week program is that trying to remove sensations will never work because what you resist will persist. I learned that you have to be your own coach, teammate, and friend because no one else is responsible for your life. I still have a lot of grief, fear, anger, and desire to dive into, but I thank myself for joining even though I was very scared at the start.

Before joining this program, I was in a terrible state of apathy and grief, believing I was a piece of shit who would never succeed. I actually had to borrow money to pay for this course, which shows how much I wanted to commit. Now I am moving to a beautiful apartment in downtown Toronto next month, have multiple friend groups, and feel truly joyful for the first time in my life.

I went through tough mental strains and successfully released them during this journey. I have learned to accept everything and embody life from a place of love. I am now living fully aligned with my authentic self and feel empowered to reach my goals one by one. I gave individual thanks to Alexandra Seyfang, Joy Wu, Oliver Moreno, Buddy Boerkoel, Rohan Rajput, Dave van Vliet, Faraz Siddiqui, and Gaetan Ludon.

When I look back at my oldest posts, I remember thinking completely differently and feeling a deep sense of skepticism toward this entire process. Now I feel much more aware and clued in about how I am feeling and the overall attitude I should take toward my life from now on. Even though I do not know what the future involves, I have faith that things will work out one way or another.
