Maximilian Dier

Maximilian Dier, known online as the Wholesale Pirate, is a Dallas based real estate wholesaler and investor. He has closed hundreds of wholesale deals and built a seven figure real estate business. Through his Skool community Wholesailors, he teaches his Arbitrage Flipping System to students looking to start wholesaling with little money or experience.

Maximilian Dier has closed over 100 wholesale real estate deals nationwide, generating more than $1 million in assignment fees. He also runs MaxDispo, a nationwide wholesale deal dispositions company, alongside his coaching and content business.
