Nick Komodina is a conscious leadership and business mentor, speaker, and founder of Impakt Industries. Growing up in a California trailer park, he became a gym owner at 21, built a multi-seven-figure fitness coaching company, and now helps entrepreneurs scale their businesses by combining proven business strategy with identity work and spiritual development. Nick Komodina spent the first 19 years of his life in a trailer park in the mountains of California before opening a gym at age 21. He ran that gym for three years before closing it to pursue online fitness coaching, eventually growing that business into a multi-seven-figure company that included a clothing brand and supplement line. He later co-founded Paradigm Skincare, an athlete-focused skincare line. Over time, his focus shifted from fitness to conscious leadership and business mentorship, leading to the creation of Impakt Industries. Alongside his coaching work, Nick hosts the Headstrong podcast, has spoken on multiple stages, mentored Olympic athletes and executives, and authored Surrender, published through Amplify Publishing Group.
