Ty Taylor

Ty Taylor, widely known online as "The Flip Man," is a real estate investor and educator based in Birmingham, Alabama, who has been actively wholesaling and flipping houses since January 2003. He holds a BA in History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. His entry into real estate came after purchasing a real estate course and putting out bandit signs, which led to his first wholesale deal, a $2,500 assignment fee, within 30 days of getting started. Using creative real estate investing methods that require no cash, credit, or license, Ty states he has personally flipped over 600 houses since 2003, working mainly as a wholesaler while also doing retail deals, rentals, and lease options, primarily in single family and small apartment properties.
