About the creator
Dan Lok was born on November 24, 1981, in Hong Kong, China, and immigrated to Vancouver, Canada with his mother at age 14 after his parents divorced and his father went bankrupt. He started bagging groceries at 16 and enrolled at Douglas College in New Westminster before dropping out to pursue business. He failed 13 consecutive business ventures and accumulated $150,000 in debt by 21. His breakthrough came through mentorship with Alan Jacques, a copywriting expert, which led him to master direct response marketing and launch Quick Turn Marketing International in 2003.
