David Dodge is a St. Louis, Missouri-based real estate investor with roughly 20 years of experience, and the founder of Discount Property Investor and House Sold Easy. He got his start in real estate at just 20 years old, while still a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he later earned his bachelor's degree in Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate Investing. Before fully committing to real estate, he worked several jobs in sales and marketing while building his first wholesale deals on the side.
