It walks through finding houses, analyzing deals and ROI, sourcing funding, building a contractor and vendor network (what Alton calls a "Million Dollar Rolodex"), structuring deals, writing scopes of work, and marketing to buyers and sellers. Rehabs2Riches also offers a separate audio course and JV partnering and mentor program options for more hands-on support.

Alton Jones is a real estate investor, licensed Realtor, and general contractor based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, and the founder of Rehabs2Riches, Homes By Alton Jones, and Blue Dog Renovations, LLC. Right out of high school, he joined the Los Angeles Police Department, spending decades on the force and remaining a reserve officer even years into retirement. In 1996, he joined Primerica Financial Services as a licensed life insurance agent, eventually rising to the position of Regional Vice-President.
