Glenn and Amber Schworm are a husband-and-wife real estate investing team based in Schenectady, New York, who built their business from a very ordinary starting point, roughly $80,000 in credit card debt and no real estate experience. In 2007, they flipped their first house and made $17,000 in profit. Their second flip, completed in just 33 days, netted them $33,000, a result that convinced them they'd found something worth building a business around.
