PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Brandon Carter began his fitness journey at age 18 and went on to become a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Early in his career he worked as a fitness model, collaborating with major brands including Nike, Puma, Adidas, and Men's Health, while also training professional athletes and bikini competitors. Before finding fitness, Brandon lived a turbulent life on Chicago's South Side — a background he speaks about openly — crediting the loss of his father as the turning point that led him to transform his life. He also pursued a career in music as a signed rapper before pivoting back to fitness full-time. In 2013 he moved his training business online and founded Bro Laboratories, a supplement company that reached seven-figure revenue within its first two years. He followed that in 2018 by launching High Ticket Trainer, his flagship mentorship program.
