Conversations with Charlie were so confusing and not applicable to me that I didn't think I was talking to the same person, and he would routinely ask me what my goals were despite confirming them countless times. Charlie refused any refund (even partial) and the best I got was to stall the plan until I was healthy enough to resume, seeing my inability to train at that level again as "hard luck". The coach answers my questions with thorough responses and is willing to adapt within reason. I cannot be more happy with my coach Jade, who really cares and has guided me completely.
