    I actually enjoy her personality and she was what I needed to get me out of workout boredom. However, another major thing that is been gnawing at me is the fact that Maddie talks about getting toned and sculpted and yet she is not. She is just gotten thin and has no muscle. Why would I pay to follow someone who preaches muscle tone but does not have any herself? Does she have some sort of ED and not being forthcoming about it? I am actually a little concerned for her because something does not feel right lately but that is a different subject. @Madelaine Rascan is a magician... Seriously... I began following Maddie's program of strength training exercise, walking and high protein low carb eating about 8 weeks ago. I am SO grateful to Madelaine for creating this program and bringing an amazing community of women together.
