This certification is built for licensed agents who want to work more confidently with investor clients, or explore real estate investing themselves. Step 1 covers four required self-paced courses on analyzing investment properties, understanding investor needs, property management essentials, and working with investors, including 1031 exchanges, REIT analysis, and NOI modeling. Step 2 lets students choose an additional self-paced or classroom course. Students must score 70% or better on both exams to earn certification, plus 12 credit hours toward the CRS Designation.
