I came across The Study Coach Instagram page, run by Tom, and was instantly hooked. I'm almost done with my Bachelor's degree, and for this last stretch, I just needed an extra boost of inspiration, motivation, and tools to become more disciplined and finally get that degree. I'm so glad I have lifetime access because I know this will support me not only during my Master's degree but also throughout my career as a teacher. It's also been great to learn techniques I can pass on to my future students to help them study better too, which I am very grateful for.

For the first time in over a decade, I found myself needing to learn new technologies quickly in a completely unfamiliar environment. At the same time, I often felt unproductive, easily distracted, and stuck in procrastination mode. It not only changed how I manage tasks at work, but also helped me realize how my lifestyle habits were affecting my performance. Learning how to study effectively for the first time has been truly transformative. I felt confident in this new professional setting.

Only after the call did I learn the actual contract terms and even then I had to purchase a trial on the external platform just to access and read the agreement I was being asked to sign. That alone already felt problematic and non transparent. I have now been in the program for about a week and it is clear to me that what was presented during the sales call does not match what is actually delivered. During the call, the program was described as having a strong, active and supportive community, close and meaningful contact with a coach and high level, personalized support and guidance. In reality the community aspect is very limited and far from what was described, contact with the coach is minimal and highly structured and many elements were clearly overstated or heavily polished during the sales conversation.

I chose to invest in The Study Coach Academy to elevate my study skills, time management, and efficiency in graduate school. I will say that it’s up to you to make the most of the experience including advocating for yourself and putting in the work. Change and results don’t happen overnight. There were times when I needed to follow up with my coach more than once before receiving a response, but staying proactive helped me get what I needed from the program. This program was valuable and I will carry what I learned with me as I move into the next part of my program.
