About the creator
Travis King grew up in rural Montana in a hardworking, blue-collar family, and has been candid about barely graduating high school and briefly attending college without a clear direction. Just a year out of high school, in 1999, he started doing land deals in Montana, marking the beginning of his real estate career. Travis and his wife Becca then spent roughly a decade focused on house investing, a business that came crashing down during the 2008 financial crisis. He took time away from real estate to regroup before returning to the industry, this time focusing specifically on land flipping.
