About the creator
Ryan Dossey is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and educator who built his career from the ground up after leaving high school and moving out on his own at 17. He got his start in real estate in 2014, buying his first two rental properties with little money and no industry connections. In 2016 he earned his real estate broker's license in Indiana, and over the following years he bought, remodeled, and sold hundreds of properties across markets including Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Pensacola, Florida, at one point managing a 150 unit rental portfolio in house.
