Simon Squibb has been helping me figure out the exact steps to take my business to the next level. He’s been a visionary leader for me, helping me overcome limiting beliefs and teaching me how to scale my brand without getting overwhelmed.

I started my dream business for £3,000 that I saved up while working at a care home. One of the biggest things I learned was that rejection is just redirection, and you have to be yourself on social media. I used to have a real cash flow problem because I was buying way too much stock, but I’ve learned to manage that. Now my goal is to scale by creating a wellness area and potentially five physical centers in main cities, though Simon is helping me see how I might be able to do that through partnerships with spas instead.

I'm 28 now, but I started this over a year ago by taking a punt and documenting my journey online after leaving my job. I used my house deposit savings of £10,000 to fund the business because I didn't want to get to 90 and regret not having tried my idea. I've learned that you have to be unique at every opportunity and build a tribe around you, because asking for help from people whose life you actually want is the key to scaling without getting stuck in your own head.
