About the creator
Mark Podolsky, known online as "The Land Geek," began buying and selling raw land in 2001, starting with just $3,000, real fear, and no real estate experience. Before that, he worked a high-stress corporate job as an investment broker that left him feeling trapped in what he calls "solo-economic dependency," where his income stopped the moment he stopped working. Land investing offered him a way out, and he's been doing it full time ever since.
