Daniil Kleyman is a real estate developer, investor, and software entrepreneur based in Richmond, Virginia, and the creator of Rehab Valuator, a widely used real estate analysis and project management software for investors. He was born and grew up in Moscow, Russia, and immigrated to the United States with his family at age 12, settling in Richmond. After working hard through school, he landed a string of jobs on Wall Street in New York, but found the corporate finance world unfulfilling, later describing himself as simply not built for working for other people.
