Artricia Woods is a real estate broker, NMLS-approved mortgage trainer, and the founder and lead instructor of Affinity Real Estate and Mortgage Services, based in the Los Angeles/Compton, California area. She grew up working alongside her mother, who owned and directed a non profit organization serving at risk youth with job training, tutoring, and mentoring, starting when Artricia was just 14. That early experience teaching and mentoring in her mother's programs shaped much of her later career.
