Alex Martinez is the San Diego based Founder and CEO of Real Estate Skills. He was born and raised in Pleasanton, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area, before moving to San Diego in 2010 to attend San Diego State University, where he studied Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. During college, he worked over 25 hours a week at a sandwich shop for $10 an hour while searching for a better path, and after reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad," he decided to pursue real estate investing.
