Josh and the UCM mentorship changed how I show up; Josh’s training and M’s mentorship (the underground mentor) taught the internal mastery and state work that made selling feel authentic and sustainable, and the mentorship/real relationship was the difference between knowing things and actually applying them.

I came from a background doing varied sales trainings and felt misaligned with scripted approaches until I found UCM; I value mentorship over Q&A because mentorship gives context and long‑form call breakdowns, and I prioritize internal mastery (state, health, habits) as the foundation for high performance. I recruit from UCM because I look for accountability, teachability, and personal growth trajectories rather than raw prior results, and I view selling as a human conversation rooted in psychology, energy, and spiritual principles.

Josh taught me things I actually needed — Josh’s direct, specific, honest coaching helped me shift internally; the training focused on state management, health, and identity as much as scripts and that internal work is what made me stick and transform, so I trust their guidance and leadership.

I grew up in a small town, worked as an agency recruiter, put everything in storage and traveled while working remotely, and bet on myself by borrowing on a 0% card to join the mastermind (I’d previously spent $15K on training). I was initially resistant to scripts but learned scriptless selling; the in‑person stretch experiences (Ritz, mansions, private jets) shifted my identity and priorities, I’ve been sober ~460 days which improved my mental clarity, and I now focus on reversible vs irreversible decisions to avoid overthinking.
