    I don’t buy XLs anymore. I buy medium or larges now. This week, I drank a lot of water, got most of my steps in, and completed all 3 workouts, which feels good considering how stressful work was. My non-scale win is that I’m enjoying how strong and healthy I look. I’ve had better meal prep, I’m more intentional with my lifts, and I’m building a stronger mind-muscle connection so I can actually feel the muscle doing the work. I completed all my workouts, meals, and cardio sessions this week. I also quit vaping, which made cardio a lot easier. When I look in the mirror, especially at the gym, I see so many differences from when I first started. I’m proud that I hit 10,000+ steps daily, kept my stress down, ate on plan, got more rest, and crushed my back workout. I’m also using less coffee, breathing, counting, and mindfulness to feel less ramped up.
